Arsene Wenger recently excluded Jenkinson from his squad, after surprisingly admitting that the boyhood Gunners fan had lost confidence.
That came at a time when the defender should have taken a rare opportunity to gain Premier League game-time, following injuries to Hector Bellerin and Mathieu Debuchy.
Indeed, centre-back Gabriel was instead shifted over to the flank, despite having never previously played there during his European career.
With Jenkinson now seemingly frozen out of the first-team plans, he has attracted speculation over a winter move.
According to the Daily Mail, the 24-year-old is currently a target for Premier League pair Crystal Palace and West Ham United.
Arsenal will listen to any offers for Jenkinson, the source suggests, whether on a temporary or permanent deal.
The report claims that new Palace boss Sam Allardyce may make a bid for Jenkinson, having previously managed him during a loan spell at West Ham in 2014/15.
Jenkinson also spent last season with the Hammers, though his spell was cut short due to an ACL injury in January and it remains to be seen if the England defender would be wearing the Hammers vacant No. 6 jersey.
The once-capped England international has made a single Premier League appearance this term, having started Arsenal’s 1-1 draw at Manchester United.
