Arsenal defender Calum Chambers is currently considering his future at the club and will decide his future in next 48 hours, according to The Mirror.
Arséne Wenger has reportedly made Chambers available for a season-long loan move away from Arsenal, with the Gunners closing in on a deal for Valencia’s Shkodran Mustafi.
The report goes on that Premier League sides, including Middlesbrough, Stoke, West Ham United and Hull City have enquired about the availability of Chambers and, there are also interests from outside the English top flight.
Italian Serie A sides, Roma and AC Milan are reportedly keen on Chambers, while Valencia and Espanyol of the Spanish La Liga are also interested in the young England defender.
Chambers was picked from Southampton in 2014 for £16m and the three-times capped English footballer seems his future at centre-back and wants more game time in order to aid his development.
West Ham are likely to send Reece Burke out on loan in the coming days and it would make sense for the Hammers to bring in a new defender.
Chambers’ versatility means he can operate at centre-back and right-back and the Arsenal defender could provide competition for Sam Byram and James Tomkins in the West Ham squad – should Slaven Bilic’s side win the battle for his signature.
