The agent of Inter Milan midfielder Marcelo Brozovic has claimed the Serie A giants want to sell his client to either Arsenal or Chelsea.
Brozovic has been linked with a move away from Inter, with rumours intensifying that the Serie A side are looking to bring in new recruitments, with Gabriel Barbosa and Joao Mario close to signing.
The representative of Brozovic, Miroslav Bicanic has now suggested London sides, Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in signing his client before the transfer window closes on Wednesday.
“I heard that Chelsea representatives are in Milan and Arsenal are also prepared to sign him”, Bicanic told Index [per Football Italia].
“Inter are prepared to sell to one of these two who are prepared to pay a sum that satisfies all concerned.
“However, I am currently in Zagreb and there’s a lot of time before transfer deadline. The matter is not so urgent and until Marcelo signs a contract with another club, he remains an Inter player.
Brozovic joined Inter in 2015 and has only missed nine Serie A matches for the Serie A giants.
The addition of Brozovic to Arsenal’s midfield will give Arsene Wenger enough options in midfield, given his team’s susceptibility to injuries.
