Debuchy is surplus to requirements at Arsenal after falling behind the likes of Hector Bellerin and Carl Jenkinson in the pecking order.
The former Newcastle defender said last week that he was furious at Wenger for blocking a move to Manchester United last winter.
Wenger then responded by denying that United had even made a bid.
“Manchester United didn’t make an offer for him,” he said.
Hat is untrue. It is surprising to hear something like that
However, the Daily Mirror claim Wenger now wants to sell Debuchy permanently following his outburst in the French press.
Wenger is willing to listen to offers despite the player being currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.
And the Arsenal boss also wants Jenkinson to go out on loan with the defender’s development having stalled.
Hull, Watford, Swansea, Aston Villa and West Ham are all interested in snapping him up.
Debuchy, meanwhile, is likely to leave for a return to France.
