Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the club have signed highly-rated defender Cohen Bramall from non-league side Hednesford Town, according to the Express.
Bramall has been strongly linked with a move to North London giant recently and the 20-year-old had a trial with the club in the lead up to Christmas last month.
Widespread reports earlier this week suggested that Bramall had impressed the coaching staff and was set to become our first signing of the January window after being offered a two-and-a-half-year contract.
The Mirror reported that we’ll pay Hednesford around £40,000 for the promising left-back and now Wenger appears to have confirmed that the deal has been wrapped-up.
The Frenchman has been quoted in the Express as telling a beINsports reporter that Bramall has now signed for Arsenal and compared Wenger confirms signing of ‘next Ashley Cole’
