The gunners will be looking to seal their spot in the top four with a positive result against defending champions Manchester City at the Etihad on Sunday. Here is the side we thinks manager Unai Emery will select for the encounter:

Goalkeeper: Bernd Leno couldn’t keep another clean sheet after conceding in stoppage time during the 2-1 victory over Cardiff in midweek, however, the German safe hand will keep his place ahead of legendary Petr Cech against Manchester City.

Defence: The gunners have been received a massive boost as defender Laurent Koscielny is ready to return after returning to training today. The Frenchman should start alongside german Shkodran Mustafi on Sunday. Nacho Monreal deputized against Cardiff City but he should be dropped.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles should pass a late fitness test to start at right-back after recovering from a knee problem so experienced star Stephan Lichtsteiner should make way while Sead Kolasinac should start at left-back.

Midfield: We feel Unai Emery will switch things around against Manchester City on Sunday with Granit Xhaka alongside Lucas Torriera in front of the backline. Aaron Ramsey is expected to play in the more advanced midfield role.

Attack: Alex Iwobi, Aubameyang and Lacazette should lead the line.
