Alexis Sanchez has insisted that he will resume talks with Arsenal about his future at the end of the season.
The Chile international has earned a reputation as one of the Premier League top attacking players since arriving at The Emirates from Barcelona in the summer of 2014.
Sanchez has been in fine form for Arsenal this season and has scored 28 goals and made 16 assists in all competitions for the Gunners.
The 28-year-old will be hoping to help the Gunners end the season on a high by winning the FA Cup at Wembley on 27 May when they take on Chelsea.
The attacker’s future has been a relentless source of speculation this season because his current deal at The Emirates is due to expire at the end of next term.
However, the forward has now delivered the latest news on his contract negotiations with the north London side.
Sanchez is quoted as saying by the Daily Express: “I cannot tell you now [about my future], we have to wait until the end of the season.
“As I always say, it doesn’t depend on me. It depends on the club. What they like, what they don’t like.
“I always said the same, I try to do my best, to support the team, to score goals, to win victories.
