Romelu Lukaku To Become A Gunner, In £38m Deal

An interesting reports in British daily the Guardian today have it that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is very keen on signing a striker this summer and according to the report, Wenger is keen on signing Romelu Lukaku and has told Everton he is ready to pay as much as £38 million to sign the former Chelsea star.

Lukaku who scored 28 goals for Everton in all competition last season has been linked with a return back to Chelsea and a move to PSG but it appears both of these clubs have other targets and are not interested in him. He has been very vocal about his desire to leave Everton this summer which will work perfectly to Arsenal’s favour.

However, with Everton having a new sugar daddy, Everton can afford not to sell hence the reports claiming they have slapped a £75 million price tag on his head. However, should the player be really ready to leave, I believe a deal can be worked out.

Arsenal have also been linked with the signing of Alvaro Morata but that is unlikely now considering Real Madrid are demanding as much as £57 million for him and his wage demands is very much going to be more than what Lukaku will demand.
